I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

Since my foot gave way i feel weird. I know some of it is because of actual pain and some anxiety. But i feel weird and dont feel well at all. My stomach hurts more than usual only haapened more since my foot done itself @Former-Member i just feel weird and unwell

@outlanderhave you got a heat pack or something like that for your stomach, or maybe a warm milk/milo

I cant get up and walk property yet. Currently in a curled ball. Yeah im pretty sure ive had them all @Former-Member

@outlandersis just lay still then if you cant get you cant get up and try some nice slow deep brething.
I am hidden under my doona in my happy place with my blanket wrapped around me because I know I am safe here. Hubby is good and has brought me drinks (can't eat) because I can't go into the kitchen at the moment.

@outlander just rest hun. Theres a big link between the gut and the brain, so it's possible that you are feeling so icky because of what happened earlier and now you're stressed about it. Sometimes all you can do is breathe, and that's enough.

@outlanderif it is swelling you need to get some ice onto it and try to elevate it

Its swelling @Former-Member my anklet us really loose and had to tske it off.i cant ice it but its elevated abit ive got 3 pillows under it
