afternoon @Former-Member thank you for sitting with me last night. i think it was around 2 hrs but not much. that adrenaline rush lasted hrs but the crash wasnt that big. im feeling it now though. i went and seen my horse this morning and let her out out the small yard to the shared paddock. she was happy to be out thats for sure. mums taking the kids to see their horses this afternoon. im hoping maybe i can have a nap in whilst my pop isnt home- he gone out for a few hrs so have the house to myself. but i need to get abit of washing done only another 2 loads to go so maybe after that.

how are you going today? did you get any sleep? did your walk help?

@Shaz51yes that sure seems the case doesnt it ive missed you whilst youve been away

how is that kidney of yours going? have you gotten it under control again? and your arthritis pain as well?

im not that great, the past few days are taking their toll on me alot. the drs words are playing on my mind alot and so is the fact i lost my job and now having to deal with the after affects. . still having night terrors or nightmares or flashbacks and im just over it all tbh.

@outlander Glad you got some sleep, got a little bit too. Walked helped a little. Hopefully you can have a nap this afternoon. I am trying to keep the floodgates closed at the moment, scared of opening them up so trying to suppress all my thought ps and emotions. Trying to feel nothing.

i know you understand hun. Will talk later, need to log off for a bit.
