I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

Im reading along to a few convos but its not helping atm @Former-Member i can just feel.myself drop further and further so im not reading anymore. Too much brain function

Sometimes @outlander it is hard to read things on here and yes that brain function overload too does not help.
I haven’t even taken meds tonight @outlander. I am too scared to go to sleep tonight because I know what will come and I know the outcome of it. One of those days/nights

@outlander Yes one of those nights. I have already resigned to the fact that no sleep will happen. Not even going to attempt it. Thoughts are way to bad for sleep tonight.
I will try and rest however. Will have some peaceful music on, try and do some meditation

@outlander If you cannot sleep either than you should try and get some rest hun. You must be running on empty and that worries me

Yeh below empty atm @Former-Member but all well. The brain wants to fry itself even in sleep so not really resting anyway.
Just turned bbt off thought wasnt going to sleep anytime soon so watche another episode before turning it off
