I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

Its hard but you got through it. Things will slowly return to normal as in all the hype but its good to get out of the norm sometimes too.
But yeah its easier to be around people who dont have a clue.

@outlanderno plans hun. Kids are having 2 min noodles for tea!! Even better they make it themselves!!
Just a quiet night in. I am actually travelling ok today which is better than I thought I would feel so thats good. Yes, much easier being around people who don't have a clue!!
What are you up too? Since you need to stay indoors and wrap yourself up in cotton wool!!

Hmm yes staying indoors away from horses and plants! Its 630 here so am having my cuppa plus bbt then maybe a hot bath to keep muscles semi ok

@outlanderthat sounds like a nice evening ahead of you. We are on the same time zone.
Don't think I will even have tea, had a late lunch so not hungry at all. Have eaten way too much in the last two days anyway!!
Hopefully the bath and some pain meds will keep you muscles not too sore.

@outlanderhaha, well that was a quick visit!!
I have psychiatrist is the morning again to look at meds. Think the day ones are going ok, just the night ones need tweaking
