I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

Im proud of you sis. You got through today and while hosting! You couldn't sit in the background but you still got through
Im up to episode 2 on season 1. Ive got 9 seasons.

I had meds to help me! Had it early on and then around tea so made me calmer. I was able to busy myself in the kitchen a lot so didn't have to sit through useless chitchat!!!
You will be watching BBT for weeks to come!! Hopefully you can get some sleep tonight hun

Thats ok you still got through @Former-Member and with being busy in the kitchen you dont have to explain why your hiding lol. Everyone can clearly see your busy.
Yep for sure. I dont mind though as i was running out of things to watch. Not now lol.
I hope so too. The pains flared up again ao back on full strength stuff but i know what is partly causing the constant flares but i cant do much about it. The night terrors. The subconscious nightmares.

@outlanderhun they sound awful. It is good I guess you know about them but it is trying to do something about them that is the hard part.

I dont actually know they are happeneing though @Former-Member i just wake up all confused and wonder why my bed has been thrown out everywhere.
Apparenrly they happen during rem sleep and then when the nightmares over it goes back peaceful. Some people scream. Im very silent but kick and thrash around.
Will be ok though. Just need to work them out but not yet. Will get through a few more things first then start again in new years
