I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

We normally take this kids and go for a drive to look at the chrissy lights so will do that tonight.

@outlander ok, I'm just sitting around reading a magazine.
So what I thought was you could do a few short courses. Don't do anything too specific or specific as you're not using the skills of those everyday so it's wasted. Think about joining some nursing colleges or similar. Often the fees for non nurses are reasonable. You join as an associate.
Some things to study that might be useful and interesting for you are things like medication safety, ECG basics, foundation courses in anything nursing related, management of workplace aggression, infection control, hand hygiene, falls prevention and management, wound care, diabetic principles and management, pre hospital care, neurological basics and GSC, principles of blood transfusions or blood typing, pressure area care, medication calculations, infusions, fluid and electrolytes, arterial blood gases. Any body systems focal training like hepatic, renal, cardiac- find one that interests you and you can make sense of. My area besides emergency was cardiac. One day conferences or courses are good too. But these can be expensive.
That's all that falling out my brain right now. I've got lots of old materials at home like articles and such. Such a shame I can't share or send you my books.
If you want help with finding some courses I'd be happy to help you look up stuff. It could be a goal for me actually. I'd like to help you.

Ahh yeah @Former-Member itll still be good tires the kids out i find better than the park lol. An hr of Christmas lights and the youngest one is out like a light and the older one isnt too far behind. Works well

Online courses suit me best though but could go to like one day type things if they are near me.
Sure! Go for it! You can look them up and see what you can find. I dont mind paying for them either as most works out arrangements particularly for the smaller type courses.

Did izzy go chase the birds today?
I stepped over a snake at work then a storm came over really quickly down poured so heavy while i was out catching a horse and walking it back up then low and behold i get to the gate get in the car to hide not that it mattered considering it looked like i went swimming lol and then it stopped and the sun come back out lol

@outlanderhope so. They are just slowly increasing the amount atm to get to the right level.
Izzy loves chasing the birds. Was again today whilst I sat outside and had a coffee. Really trying to do one slef care thing a day.
YUk snakes. I love standing out in the rain sometimes, so nice if it isnt too cold!

Lol i can just see izzy running around barking at the birds
It wasnt that cold it was still good. It was around like 29 when it came througgmh and started raining.
The horses went stupid and i thought shit here we go but nope he stayed calm beside me while they ran past.
