I dont know how much longer i can go on like this

@outlander I'm so impressed with your continued use of your worry box! It must be getting full now unless it's a BIG box. I should tell you that feel free to throw old, no longer worrisome worries away! And things that still worry you, you can just take them out and re-read, then put them back. No more than 15 minutes for worries though, ok?

I'm a little sad this morning; just a continuous theme really from Friday night. It never really goes far away. Virus is still lingering, mostly in my chest now, and I'm annoyed I didn't bring my puffer or accept one from the hospital the other night. I feel a little tight this morning. I've had several bad bouts of bronchitis in the past. This one is close to those.

I was going to the market this morning, but not sure yet. Maybe after a shower in a bit. I went to a small twilight market last night in the town centre. My foster sister came too, and she enjoyed it. She virtually never goes to the markets. She thinks they're a little 'hippy'; her word is mungbean lol. She keeps a tight watch on my spending, which is a little frustrating and takes away from the experience a little. But I bought a candle and 2x 2nd hand cds of 80s music. @outlander you don't realise what a great era of music you missed haha 😂

Gorgeous, graceful, glamorous @Bunniekins. 😍😍Ugh, 35 degrees. Yuck, yuck and yuck. I can't cope with that. As much as I can't cope with the single digits. Where I'm staying atm is several degrees cooler than the city I live in. A lot more comfortable. The mornings are cool and fresh- very pleasant to wake up to.

I hope there is good in this Christmas Eve for both of you. 💕 💕 💕 💕

Its a brilliant idea @Sans911 i havent thrown any out though. I will need to go back through them again. And yep i try to limit to 15 minute for each one. I tend to journal ar the same time and for each one as well. I love that idea.

Damn i really hope it clears off. Its horrible needing to resort to puffers. Been there too. I hope it clears up very soon.

My music tastes are quite broad. A lot depends on my mood. I'm just not into heavy metal, head banging/splitting garble, grunge rock. Ever since I unpacked my old cds from storage this year I've been revisiting lots of them. My counsellor sometimes walks out with me to my car if we have a late session, and often asks what I listen to. I like the music in my car loud. Drowns out my crappy singing voice
