Not thats fine @Bunniekins. It was a crisis service that called them and sent them out. That is why I am extremely hesitant to ring anyone these days.

Hi @outlander
The moderators are here with you.
I find when I can't sleep, I try to read the most boring book, usually a psychology book and really try to pay attention to it and I find I fall asleep. A boring TV show also does the trick.
It is always so I heartening when I do this shift to midnight, that all of you provide so much comfort to each other, it really shows how worthwhile this forum is.
