i watched them @Former-Member sort of. kinda zoned out. to tired. the kids are gone home now hoping for an early night tonight. i cant do 5 days of no sleep at all. the last night i slept was when i thrashed out in the 2 hrs i did sleeps and my bed and sheets were basically everywhere but in the right places.

@outlanderzoneing out is fine! I am glad the kids have gone home now, gives you a bit of time by yourself.

im not on sleeping meds @Former-Member they wont give me anything else and i need to be monitored for changes and i cant even get my gp and psychiatrist to communicate. i cant see my psychiatrist till almost february now either. im sitting on my hands. ive got an old medication but im not sure of the interactions of this one yet. i threw my old meds out as i looked like i was on a thousand pills a day when im only on the 6 atm (lol still doesnt sound good)
ive even been going to bed at 9pm and still doesnt help.

@outlandergosh hun that seems hard, not having anything to help you sleep. I know monitoring for changes in meds is essential, just a shame your gp can't do it.
