@outlanderglad you are a bit calmer, that is good to here hun. Xmas light hunting seems like fun. Will have to take the kids one night.

Hasn't happened in ages but can happen when I am out and about just doing normal things.... I think my meds need to be readjusted ... I think I might up them myself to what my sons is until I see my pschiatrist otherwise I will have the cops after me.
What do you think?

@Sans911@Former-Memberyes it is shit. ill be getting a lock on my door thats for sure. my pops even abit iffy he said where are they even going to stay he might have to imit sleepovers until he gets his own place.
pop kept getting angry at me while looking at lights- made me abit upset so ended up coming home early

I can't answer that @Bunniekins,sorry but if you've been on that medication you must know a bit.I think myself I would Google if I was in your position and make the judgement.Is there anyone you can ring or see your doctor before Xmas?👮

@Former-Member Unfortunately I cannot see him before Christmas and I really dont want him to know I am feeling like this without him seeing me ... he may say I want you to go to the acute ward if you are wanting to do stuff like that (and I dont want to go ... I refuse).
I think I will add another of my mood stabilizers and tell him later. I just cannot do what I want to do it will get me into trouble.
BTW I am so sorry for what you are going through Li1 ... firstly your mother and then the prospect of becoming homeless ... like everyone has said we are all here to support you xx
