I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

Ive gone onto looking for some sort of apine specialist cause this is ridiculous. Bone pain at this age hmm.
Im laying in the position osteopaths chiro have told me which is basically flat with a pillow under my knees or on my side but its making my spine seize up like its frozen and it doesnt matter how much o stretch it just doesnt stretch out 😞

@outlandersorry to hear that hun. Can you take anything for it? But I am guessing you already have.
Sleep won't come easy. Trying everything to keep calm but my mind is racing tonight with a lot of SI and SH thoughts.
Am going to log of sis. I need to try and resist what is in my head atm.

Ok @Former-Member ill take a look into them but its not helping me right now. Im at rhe point of sitting up because I just cant lay down. It all hurts too much
