I dont know how much longer i can go on like this

yeah i had a shower thats where my panic started and now im really anxious and i done know why 😞 @Former-Member its making me sick, agrivating my pain and causing headspin (that or its whatevers happening in my flare up)

@outlanderyou need to calm yourself down hun, Try some deep breathing first. You have felt this way before and been able to control it. Are you in bed?

We spend a lot of time up at the snow in the winter. Both my kids have been skiing since they were 3 yrs old. They love it. I love the peace up there. Go for long walks in the snow and find a quiet place by myself. Very soothing.

i havent been to the snows @Former-Member i dont cope well with cold from physical injuries but i bet its really nice there. it sounds it

Do you listen to classical music at all? I listen to that quite a bit. I find it soothing and some of the music I listen to has no words so very safe
