Yeah ..... I think that works well @Former-Member @outlander ..... but can we leave the normal sort of link in it's place here ? Thee ones that come up blue and juatnxall it Nail Art or something ?

@Former-Member@Former-Memberwould you be able to reopen the 'Happiness' thread? i said to a few members on that thread id show them some of the animals at work (unidentifiable) and not really sure where else to put them?

@Sans911 i tried writing that letter but nothing come out. I sat there pen and paper and i couldnt write one single word. Its all there but its not coming out...

@outlander - I hear you lil Sis. Just try to prepare yourself to be calm, breathe gently and try to focus on a good night's rest. Know that your thoughts might seem scary & powerful, but they are only thoughts and you can push through this. You've been in this place before, and got through. I'll be right beside you all through the night, as will @Former-Member. You can get through whatever happens. 💜💜💜💜💜💜

i feel strange though, kinda hard to describe. ive been awake 2 days straight almost 3 and while i feel lethargic abit more than usual from the flare up but i done feel tired- like sleepy tired. i know my body needs sleep as ive got the sleepless headaches etc but i generally dont feel like going to sleep.
@Former-Memberi take comfort in your words too

@outlanderI am sitting here with you too. Maybe a nice warm shower or a bath with some oils might help you relax. I am not going anywhere tonight. I need to feel connected somewhere anyway.

thanks @Former-Member i had a shower a cold one its still really hot here. 25 at 9pm i hope it cools through the night. its only suppose to be 27 tomorrow so i hope the cool change comes around soon.
