I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@outlander I'm alright hun. I've put together 3 large bookcases in the last 2 days. Now trying to unpack masses of boxes of books onto them. I can't do much tommorow or the weekend as I will be in hospital. And have a rental inspection Monday.
My mother is treating me to an overnight stay tonight. I guess because we won't have Christmas together. She flies to my sisters in Adelaide tommorow afternoon. I haven't told her I'll be in hospital.
How are you doing today? How is your Pop? Any further follow up needed?

Im glad your ok ive been woried about you @Sans911 good work on the organising. Not easy to do thats for sure.

My pop didnt have any dramas thankfully he needs an mri then back to the specialist next year for results. I wont know much more until then now.
Im dreading tonight. I havent been asleep yet but still have alot of things in my mind. The worry box is helping though so thanks for that idea 😘

The fact that i have to sleep. Last night was bad. I couldnt sleep at all. I was hearing growling noises and having shadows in my room and then because i was panicing the pain flared up again and now im out of the one the home dr gave me.
Its still lots of that list from before bothering me as well as the fact ill be moving my horses next week. I managed to talk mum into being up the back i didnt say why but just talked the back paddock up and she went with that one

@outlander - I hear you sweetheart. So what can you do now to start to prepare for tonight? Do you have any other prn meds that can help with anxiety? Can you take other pain meds early, like an hour before bed.? A nice, fragrant bath? Do you have any essential oils like lavender, chamomile?

ive got a lavender fragrance in my room, its not too strong so can handle it but its enough to smell it
i dont have any prn meds, and normal pain releif doesnt help. ive run out and havent had anything since last night. i dont know how else to prepare really as it seems no matter what i do my mind wants to play games with me @Sans911
im scared to sleep, and scared to be awake. i know i need sleep but im worried.
have you got any ideas maybe? or ways to help when these things come up?

@outlander - ok, can you maybe try writing this worry down, like a letter to yourself. Be completely honest and frank. Then put in the Worry box, tell yourself out loud there's nothing more you can do but prepare for sleep. You done the best you can do, and a restful night sleep is needed. Do you think that might help?

hey um @Former-Member what happened to the rest of my thread? its only 2 pages long, and it doesnt have any members on here that were here not that long ago? and ive noticed on the side where the latest comments are, the comments for this thread arent showing?
