its taking forever @Faith-and-Hope 😞
ive got to pick up my sister in an hour as well and i have a feeling they will ring then and i cant be at 2 places at once.
its taking forever. i alreayd had one scare just after 9 asking for medication dosages and it was only cause i could hear him in the background that i havent run back up yet.
i know its not doing me any good worrying but i am worrying. really badly

If you have done all you can do @outlander, then reach for distractions ......
Look up Christmas decorations, or something else arty ...... make your mind busy with other things for a while and push the worry to the background.

i helped greenpea with scheduling on another thread, gave the lounge room and kitchen a clean @Faith-and-Hope
i havent got a clue what to look up thats arty,

@outlander - you said that you helped greenpea with scheduling. Do you have a weekly schedule board? Like a wipe able weekly schedule? I have one on my fridge and it helps me keep track of appointments & other things.
