Not goid, but thank you for asking. Still trying to figure out whats wrong with me. My head feels like its going to explode, my mental health is not good at all!

The first step id be taking os speaking to your gp. They can provide a mental health assessment and refferr you to a psychologist as well so you can have offline supports and face to face contact with someone to work through any issue your facing

It is very hard , and no psychologist atm, but my mum is trying to help me, i live with her, because i cant care for myself anymore, thats how bad i am 😣 i think i could have schizophrenia, or bi polar i was diagnosed with bi polar years ago, but then told its not that, and its multiple personalies, but nobody has helped me ive been to so many places and they jyst stop heloing me after a while cos they think im crazy, how do u get help?

Im sorry to hear that. Gp is the first step for an assessment and psychologist refferral. And also maybe look into a psychiatrist. They specialise in medications so thats another option as well.

Thankyou i have seen psychiatrists, but as i said they help me for a while then they basically toss me in the too hard basket 😣😥😭😢😓 im tired of feeling like this, i dont want to do it anymore! I hope you are getting the help you need, im in adelaide south Australia, and good help is really hard to come by. And i have a daughter thats 15 that needs me, but im bedridden most days not just from depression, but pain also, and i sometimes cant walk 😥
