@Former-Member @outlander I have stupidly gone and made myself upset. There are some subjects/things I shouldn't discuss with my foster sister as it just gets me riled up. It's not her fault.
I was supposed to see my new case manager today; that didn't happen either. Feeling a little rudderless tonight. I'm trying to get admitted to the mh unit this weekend considering what happened last weekend. It's to do with change happening around that I have no control over. I start crashing. I know this coming weekend will be particularly difficult. I can't even eleborate on why. Considering how much I dislike going to the mh unit, it gives you some idea of how bad things might be if I don't go.

@outlander - I have to admit, the power of our thoughts can be immense. I'm scared at how my thoughts have been so damaging this past year or so.
