i dont really know. i cried for about half an hour and it still didnt help. tried to turn it around, tried to just float through this but i cant do it

@outlanderI just had a funny feeling thats all. Also, you had gone really quiet, that's not like you.
You can do it because you are right now sis. You do it every day. Yes it is hard and crappy and so unfair, but you have our support to help you through it. Cry as much as you need hun, I am not going anywhere.

I have had big feelings and bruised eyeballs from crying my heart out.
There has also been periods of numbness and dryness or times when my head does not work as it is overwhelmed.
