@outlanderif you need to go to the medical centre today than do it. Don't try an hold off. You need to put your health first hun. The sooner you can get some answers the better.
You don't have to say anything if you don't want to. I am sitting by your side sis wrapping my arms around you

My mh is still deterioarting. I thought i was ok till i went out. I am not ok. I have sh urges ooff the chart and my thoughts arent pleasant. I dont want to do anything but i need to do things. I have too many emotions and not enough tolerance to deal with it

@outlandersis I wish I could do more for you than just these words. Is there a mental health team you can ring that does the area around where you live?
I think you need some extra support if you are having those urges and thoughts. I understand how hard it is to deal with them and how draining it is emotionally and physically. You will get through this hun, because you are strong enough and I am by your side, but you do need more support around you.

i am currently in a bad state because i feel like I'm not going to manage the next few months

Thats what im talking to gp about tomorrow as well @Former-Member until then i think ill sit here with you sis. At least that's safe ❤ mums asked mw to start xmas wrapping. At least thats something to do for now

@outlander @MDT sitting with you both today. Am doing some christmas wrapping too @outlander. Whole lot of stuff came on line which was good.
