I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

At least you can say you have a job now @Former-Member and when people ask what you do you can say im a carer. That is a job, you can eveb venture over to the carers side of the forums if you like. I go over there as well. .

I dont have the energy to even drive to the gardens or the beach. I dont want to go there. I just cant do anything. Im barely up at all. I woke to a msg saying can i go get the kids and the other was can u do this and that horse today. I didnt get the kids, mums bf took them. And the horses i said id do later on today. Should only take an hr to do.

A warm shower? Have you eaten today?
Is there some nice music or just someone to talk to ?

I cant find anything thats helping @Catcakes ive tried my usual stuff but its not helping either even after doing them more than once.
No i have no appetite so not hungry. I had a tea earlier on but thats all.
I dont have anyone off forums to talk to...

I’m pretty exhausted from driving and caring and worrying so I’m glad I can just stay home today. I’ve got housework and a little bit of painting. Do you ever draw @outlander?
I’m not big on Christmas but I bought a little timber Christmas tree and I’m painting it to try and get in the mood.

Yes i draw and occassionally paint. Some of my drawings are on the through ones eyes thread. My latest one is a tiger head. @Catcakes.
Yeah im hearing you. Driving and caring is exhausting plus i work an extra few hrs at a second job 4 days a week.
Id love to see your painting and xmas tree too if you want to share.

Ive been trawling thru but didn’t find your tiger yet. I’ll have another look.
I only forum on my phone so haven’t been able to upload pictures yet. But I can describe the Xmas tree, it’s green and standing on a red box with a gold star on top ....😜
