Why no sleep @outlander? You're not keeping me awake, I'm doing it to myself. You'll know if 20mins or more have passed with no response that I'm asleep. I've taken sleep meds, bit more than I usually do plus codeine. One or both combinations better bloody work.

Just stay safe @outlander please. Could you maybe do what we did together the other night? Deal with some of the worries in your head & then pack it away in a box. Would that help?

They arent particular worries. Juat all moulded into one with everything happening yesterday and then again today. It comes in 3s still waiting on the third one. Hoping its not a third day 😔 @Sans911

Hi outlander I’m new here and can’t read all to catch up on what has happened but know you are not alone. I went outside yesterday and had to drive to the city, I hadnt left my room in days, I was so surreal watching everyone else buzzing around living, working, driving and I just wanted to get back to my empty four walls. I know that feeling of everyday another hit that you didn’t expect and it floors you, you go crazy racing thoughts of why? How? It’s not fair? It’s not right? I can’t take any more! And then the next day something worse and you think you just shouldn’t be here. The worst part is you can’t stop other people doing horrible things and you can’t ignore them because it hurts 😞 I’m not a hugger but hugs to you x And the only advice I have is it’s ok to not be ok xxx
