@outlander - don't beat yourself up more than you have done so already. You have had such a huge emotional day. I've also been fighting (and still are) SH/SI thoughts. Sometimes sh is the best we can do in a situation that's overwhelming.

You don't always have to make things stop. Acknowledge to yourself that you are hurting😢and you have the right to hurt, uncomfortable as it all is.

And know that this too shall pass, like all the other crappy stuff that you have gone through. Tommorrow is another day, another day of things that can go right.
