@Owlunar will reapond when im home as im still with my horse. But yes breathingis a good thing. Struggling to do alot atm

Why is breathing so hard. Deep breathing isnt really working all that well

Lol @Former-Member im breathing now. But another trigger. A storm is coming and a big one at that and its a major fear and im outside at a econd work. Im almost running to get stuff done!

Yes I went walking after rain and threatening storm,Sun came out,came back sunburnt on my face,still chance of storm later.@outlander,have to get my butt up a ladder now to clean loungeroom as I moved lounge out before I left.
