I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@outlanderthat is not good. Your body is telling you that is probably needs to rest, even though I know you have been. Unfortunately when our immune system is low. we seem to pick up every little bug going around. Make sure you take it easy today or I will come over there and make you!!!! (haha would love to do that irl!!)
I am ok. Got a couple of hours sleep before another nightmare came so better than none. BUT, I was able to keep myself safe (although super super hard) so will take that as a win. SCBS helped talk me through my feelings and thoughts early this morning.
So today I have to take Izzy to the Vet (needle time!!) and then might collapse on the couch for the rest of the day!!

@TAB,just been to Centre link,want my bank account details even though they know I've been in the system for six years,humiliation with what I don't have, I will have to travel to Centre link hour or do away to give it to them because of my embarrassment. My depression is full on ATM.SC seems paradise .Anyone bullshits to me about a "God ", at the moment I would choke.Sorry had to vent .

@outlandersounds good to me. Have taken Izzy to the vet already (lucky only 5 min drive). Now think it will be couch or bed! Big decision!!
