I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@outlandersounds like it went ok, except for the coughing fit. Hopefully you can have a bit of a relax this afternoon.
Took the kids to the festival, lasted about two hours (Yea for me!) Had some meds before hand so my anxiety wouldn't be too bad. Hubby was there which was good. Am just exhausted now and lots of anxiety but no panic attack so was happy with that. Lots of people there, very uncomfortable but the kids had a great time, so was worth the stress.

@outlanderthanks, lasted longer than I thought, hubby was good however with me, he knew how anxious I was. Am going to try and have a sleep soon, sapped every bit of energy out of me.
So any other plans for this afternoon?

Hmm no plans this arvo except helping rl lil sis write her xmas cards and maybe do some more packing.
I might brave the bigger shops on monday to do some xmas shopping but will cross that bridge when i get to it

@outlanderam sort of proud of myself. I do a lot of my chrissy shopping online so I don;t have to worry about the crowds. I can't stand them, especially by myself.
