@outlanderthere is no reason to be embarassed. Panic attacks are a very real thing and are extremely taxing on our minds and bodies. I should sleep tonight. I have new overnight meds to try now so hopefully they work.

Very tired and struggling @Former-Member kids are staying off today but i need to stay very calm. Im still in bed. At this rate ill prob be asleep again soon
