Thanks @outlander,no @Sans911,it's anxiety,had it before ,used to have to lie on the floor once,have had it ever since I rushed back to the car,didn't help me when I got back and she was ok.I should be thankful I know,but when she was like a child who couldn't see the impact of their actions.
