I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@outlanderwill try and be safe but won't lie, am going to take more than I should, desperate for sleep.
@Former-Memberyou are not late at all. Havent taken anything yet, will soon then have about 20mins until they take effect so uo for at least another 1/2 hour!! What you bee doing?

I will soon go to bed too @Former-Member,mowed the house here,did gardening this afternoon and did a 15 km walk tonight didn't get back til past eight,then I cooked tea.Tired but need the physical stuff to keep me alive, question if I'm doing the right thing there @Nell23.Im like a few here,and can't see a future without the hopelessness,heartache,and helplessness.

wow @Former-Member that is a lot to do in one day. I havent really moved from the couch all day! I think we just have to do the best we can each day and just get through it day by day. I get your feelings, it's a hard place to be

The more I sit @outlander,theworse I am,like spending last year mostly in bed to keep safe.But @outlander I have no future to look forward to,on my walk the radio has Xmas ads,they depression me.My Xmas last year was me distressed curled up on the floor ,knowing no one cares if I was breathing.
