Night Shift

Since I am awake at 4am I thought I'd start this thread for those of us who have trouble sleeping and might find it helpful to have a place to go to chat. Whatever gets you through the night is alright.

To get the ball rolling, I'll just say that I enjoyed being part of the Topic Tuesday discussion tonight. I wish it was possible for these events to be weekly rather than monthly. Either way, thanks SANE and all the people I've met on here over recent months.

yeah ,apart from feeling like I need a blood transfusion @Meowmy lol

pulled up surprisingly ok after gym yest , had a tweak in lower back, bout it so far

just glad to be warm and dry and mostly pain-free lol. Will have some otc meds

the people who are supposed to ring and arent is getting old, makes me feel on edge. Guess I can ring the bloods. that just leaves ultrasound(not even sure if thats happening now) and spirometry place plus dr sending scripts to chemist and now they want to hang onto them . i dont like that as dont know if i have repeats or not and have to go to that place. rather go wherever suits me and have scripts at home..
