Night Shift

Since I am awake at 4am I thought I'd start this thread for those of us who have trouble sleeping and might find it helpful to have a place to go to chat. Whatever gets you through the night is alright.

To get the ball rolling, I'll just say that I enjoyed being part of the Topic Tuesday discussion tonight. I wish it was possible for these events to be weekly rather than monthly. Either way, thanks SANE and all the people I've met on here over recent months.

Hi Shaz51 😊

I didn't sleep well last night, but took the time to chat on Night Shift for a while. I sometimes tap in and listen, just for the company, but try to get myself back to sleep as quickly as I can.

With hubby away, I didn't bother. Just enjoyed the company online here instead, and still got enough sleep to get by.

You're all gorgeous ❤️

i didn`t have a good night sleep last night too as my hubby ended up taking one of his old medication and snored so loudly that I had a restless night

@Shaz51, Wow ute and your hearing aid, at least something has gone right this week, i have been told my car may not be able to be looked at for over a month 😞

I hope tonight you get some rest, you need to care for yourself so you can care for hubby, you have been such a wonderful support to hubby, i hope he appreciates all you do for him.

good luck for friday, i will have my fingers crossed.

yes, we had to hire a ute for 8 days , lots of bills now

Yes, it must be an expensive excercise, but you should be back to normal now, thank you, i am wondering if it is worth it now, i just don't know, should i fix it or not, the car was $900 i suppose i will, being rural i need a car.

I have been really anxious the past few weeks, my anxiety has risen dramatically, i don't know why, just really struggling, i went to the doctors today, she is not worried about my heart, but is really concerned about me coughing up blood, i have to go for an X-Ray on Friday 😞

She wants me to see a Phyciatrist, but the one she wants me to go to is the one that said i was faking anxiety to get the dole. i am so scared.

@Jacques Hi. Can you tell the doctor that you want to see a different psychiatrist? I think I would.
