hello everyone, im not really sure what im after. advice.. support...guidance.....

im a carer for my pop and has had to have a test done that was orginally thought a thyroid problem as hes had those in the past but since then have discovered a lump on his pancreas so hes jsut had one of those ct things where the dyes injected and now just awaiting results. and then he went to the drs today and now they want to do a lung biopsy. hes not too worried about it but im doing enough worrying for both of us and more.

Breathe, and wait to know @outlander ...., and keep yourself busy to distract .......

It's tough Hon ..... not saying it's not ..... but there is no sense fearing the worst and going through all the fall-out of that, only perhaps to find that it's not .....

If it is, you will need the energy that you are spending right now stressing ahead of actually knowing.

Breathe .... calm yourself ..... tell yourself
that you're waiting to hear so you need to stay as calm as you can until then .......

Limbo land is an uncomfortable place to be in as there are many "what ifs" floating around.

Putting the what its on hold, getting some rest to reserve energy levels and then taking each step as it unfolds is how I tackle things.

yeah this little or not so little has really taken it out of me considering ive got 3 infections going on atm myself. i hate limbo land. its a painful place to be.
