Hi I'm @Dogman,
I have Bipola and have just watched both of these links with Dr. Patrick McKeon and I have and am learning alot, their is a lot stuff on there I am doing but it was very good to watch. I think it is a MUST watch for anyone looking after some with Bipola or if you have Bipola.
Am trying to see it from the other side.
