It seems that no notifications are working, have seen @outlander say the same thing as well.. not sure if the IT gurus are aware?

@NikNik Emails and notifications are not working properly again 
Some emails are coming through but not all AND not all posts are registering in notifications.

I did get this one as an email notification (YAY!) is there any consistency in which are not coming through as notifications (eg: subscription updates, @mentions) or is it a bit random?
When you say emails AND notifications - do you mean the little notification bell on the site isn't registering what it should as well?

haha @NikNik don't know whether that 'says' I'm super special or potentially 'in trouble' 
Some of the emails have now come through but there is a long delay - can't see any pattern just random.
The little bell notifications seemed to have updated too now - but a delay there also - will keep an eye on both and see if there is a pattern to the 'delays' or any (emails and bell notifications) that don't syn up at all.
One of the posts - where a bell notification was missing (but received as an email) has been removed - so that accounts for that one.
btw - 'poopy' - really - are you 5 yrs old hahahaha - felt like I was back at work for a second there - so thanks for putting a smile on my face this morning

Ah - yes - the notifications
When I click on the bell - (which I only noticed recently) - the timing of notifications is random - I tend to prefer to see what has come in more recently to have a real idea
Still the system works most of the time - our servers can give us a hard time at times - I know this from years of being in groups and websites
I know everyone does their best and sometimes the best falls short of working well but it is still the best that can happen sometimes
I feel okay about it - I started randomly hopping around the forums when I stopped getting emails in my mail box - I was totally overwhelmed with those
We all have a way that works for us
