i cant keep on doing this

im so tired of everything. i cant keep on doing this anymore. i feel so lost and alone. i have no one.i have no one to be with me . one to listen to me. no one to talk to. i just feel so alone.im tired of living like this anymore. sad, depressed, tired, im tired of the voices. im tired of me. i really do hate me. i dont want to be me. its all just to hard. all i want to do ,is go and hide and never come out. this world is to dark for me to live in. i never asked to have this life. i didnt want this life. i just want it all to go away.

Yeah im doing that. Deinking milo. Im trying to relax but everything has built up and i cant haddle it anymore

I can sense the emotion you've got built up. Do you think you could release it somehow? Something like ripping up a piece of paper or punching a pillow? I do this sometimes, especially punching the pillow.

I just cant do anthing around the house @Former-Member

It might sounf like nothing. But when i have bewn home all day and then hubby has to come home and do everything..... it really makes feel really bad. And i hate myself for it.

It's frustrating when we are unwell and can't do those things we feel we should be doing. I have experienced that before and this made me feel unhappy at the time. You did do quite a bit the other day @Bubbles3. Your husband would of appreciated that and knows you are doing your best. It's all we can do my friend. Today is a bad day that will pass soon. Tomorrow a new day 😊 A new beginning. Go gentle on you. 🌹
