Our forums are completely anonymous and you will find that as part of our guidelines we do not share specific services in specfic areas for this reason. It is also very personal as to what group, doctor or service works for each person.
However, our members are great at helping to let you know the best ways to seek out support! It may be more useful therefore to ask members how they found support groups? Or maybe what was useful from going to a support group?

Group therapy can be very helpful. @Former-Member mentions some good points about potential topics which you could talk to the community about. Would make a great new thread/discussion topic.
If you are looking for specific information the SANE Help Centre is available to talk to, anytime between Monday-Friday 10am-10pm, by phone, chat or email. Just wanted to mention that too 🙂
