@Bubbles3 .... maybe just tell her that there was abuse involved and you don’t want to tell her what it was because it doesn’t change anything now, but if you could have stayed in contact, you would have.
That might be enough, without putting either of you back through the full trauma of it.
What do you think ? Will that do ?

so i just wrote it to her through FB messager . all done. i wrote it in a good way. even though it has brought up flashbacks from the truma @outlander
