im ok. kids have just gone to school. iv got one eye on my cat making sure he doesnt get gizmo. the budgie is back inside now. ill only get the green oe out for short time ATM just until they get use to everything.
i sometimes wonder if iv jump the gun by gettig to many bird.....but im sure ill be fine. gizmo is my mane one , the other other 2 are a project.

Sounds like you have got your work cut out there @Bubbles3- keeping you very busy!

i am good for a while
ill talk more, laugh more
sleep and eat normally
but then something happens
like a swich turns of somewhere
and all i am left with is the darkness of my mind
but each time it seems like it sink
deaper and deaper
and i am scared....
terrified tat one day i wont make it back up
i feel like i am gasping for air
screaming for help
but everyone just looks at me
with confused faces
wondering what i am struggling over
when they'er all doing just fie
and it makes me feel crazy
what the hell is wrong with me?

Many people here on Lived Experience forum understand that completely @Bubbles3 ..... and many on Carers forum do too, because they are walking along with loved ones in that place, and they have come
