@Bubbles3 Have you got anyone in the RW you can turn to, help with the kids, have a coffee with. Feeling suicidal is so very hard, I sit there often. Do you have any crafts, hobbies? Sorry if you've already mentioned this before, sometimes distraction helps for a little while. I've just picked up my new glasses and they are taking a bit of adjusting too. I found a lollie shop next door and now munching on a few. ❣

Feeling so lost and alone again. Had to have some PRN before just to calm me down. I was very agitated. I didnt know what i was doing. Ill have a less stressful day tomorrow when the kids go bck to school.

@Bubbles3 I'm so sorry I can only offer one line help, but I'm hearing you loud and clear. Tomorrow might just bring that little relief that gets you through a bit further. Do you have a busy evening planned? I'm going to watch Neighbour, then Home and away, my favourites. I saw Doc Martin is on after that, so it might just be a good tv night for me. I love Home &Away, it is my favourite show. I watched it tonight and then followed by Dr Martin, the British comedy with Martin Clunes as the Doctor.

Ya @Maggie, I was watching Poldark with my Auntie, but now the season has finished sadly. I love the Actor Aidan Turner. Isn't he beautiful. And the actress who plays Demelza is superb. I enjoy watching ' A Touch of Frost' too. The Detective in that is so funny like Doc Martin.
My evening went well. I retired early, sometimes I'm up with the owl birds.
