I fell asleep
Im feeling a bit better now.... iv justf had a shower and had my meds but i phoned up drug and alcohol counseling last night and they saidd this is just the start. It will take 1 to 2 weeks for thr withdrawals to go. So im not looking forward to it.

Hi @Bubbles3 you can do it, just had a backread. I haven't had painkillers in around 3 weeks just all stuff in media making me question why took them. Anyway worse things to come off.

@TAB iv been addicted to them since i was 14 and im now 32. I would take LARGE amount at one time coz my body got so use to them. And its so fking hard not having them. My body is suffering so much.

Youch @Bubbles3 well what I do in that situation is dumb it down .. only 1 Rule .. don't take it. Treats etc and whatever else works
Just off to drs now. And if you really do get in trouble get help there is such a thing as medically assisted withdrawal
