Hey @Bubbles3, how are things today for you? I've been tired a lot in the past two days because of my medications getting back up to therapeutic dose after the kerfuffle over the long weekend. Enough about me though, how are you?

god, what is wrong with me
i really hate me. i just yelled at my kids and they didnt really do anything wrong. i cant handle this sh*t anymore. i feel so alone. im in a dark place. i feel hopeless. i hate this. i hate living in this world. i cant keep on doing this anymore

Hearing you @Bubbles3 ...... we all yell at our kids at times because we are in a bad mood and lose it a bit over something small ..... please don't beat yourself up over it.

I'm just about to head out for a rare night out. But wanted to let you know - I've yelled at my son for no reason at all. A number of times. It's awful when we know we did this. But it also gives us a chance to sit down with our kids and say sorry & explain even parents get it wrong some times. And to explain to them, age appropriate, about our MI.
