Sorry my 1/2 hour took a bit longer - how are you feeling now, i see you had something to eat too - that's good. Go easy on yourself @Bubbles3. Your kids will be home soon, do you have to make dinner for them too later or will they have eaten?
I understand not wanting to worry people, might be a good idea thought to keep a close watch on yourself over next 12 hours or so make sure everything pulled up okay from yesterday, eh?

@Bubbles3...... @MoonGal touches on a great point there. I'll second the keeping an eye on yourself and reaching out for help/support when needed. Yes asking for help can be tricky but the more we practise it the more familiar it becomes. I'm a big advocate for self care and self compassion. Take care 🙂

Life can be bloody tough sometimes, but we are resilient beings, you too @Bubbles3 - you have made it this far. Hope you have an okay evening and night. Maybe talk tommorrow eh?
Off to make egg and lettuce sandwiches for me and (poor piggie!) ham sandwiches for my gal. Then take my own meds to settle me down, hopefully, I will be more myself tomorrow after having a floppy quiet(ish) day.

so i have all these appointments and my mum is not willing to help out with the kids what so ever.
she doesnt give a sh*t what im going through
all she cares about is her self
she doesnt care about my court date or anything like that.
she has given up on once again
no wonder i put up my brick wall with everyone.

Are your kids old enough to behave themselves in the waiting rooms of the appointments you need to go to ? It will highlight to the people you are dealing with how unsupported you are in your circumstances, and it might help them to help you get a social worker on board.
