I’ve been catching up on housework that didn’t get done over the silly season, washing and ironing, listening to music and reading.
It’s a nice day so also getting outside a bit 😊

Small steps @bubbles. When you’re feeling crappy, it’s easy to get overwhelmed by household duties. Just pick one small job that you reckon you could do , also pair it with a small reward.
I used to reward myself with a rest and a bit of reading each time I completed a job. I still do really 😘
