I have my moments re same feelings. Am mostly just comfortable and not asking anything much of myself today. Think I might try sleep again. What happened in the past when you feel this way? Anyway am off to bed here

Those feelings can be so hard to work through. I find it really hard to feel lonely or like I have no one to talk to even when there are others around.
You said you wanted to hide out and I think it's great to see you around when you're feeling like that. For me, sometimes hiding can be really helpful and other times it isn't at all. I wonder if there are others about on other threads to chat with if you're interested.
I can't stick around tonight as my kids are still up and they've made lots of mess throughout the house (I am guessing you understand kids + mess) that I probably should get up and do, but I wanted to come past and say that I have heard you too before I go.
I hope there's something you can find that feels good for you to do while you're feeling like this.

I have days like that @Bubbles3 ..... and today is one of them ..... so when that happens, I just “have a day” ..... just keep breathing, and get through it. The sun goes down, the sun comes up, and it’s another day, you might not feel like this tomorrow.
