Cool. Take it easy.. I go down a bit of a dark path sometimes when I drink now. Don’t beat yourself up about it though

For me, Christmas Day 2013 was the last time I saw my brother. He ODed on heroin in Feb 2014. That doesn’t upset me too much because we had a fun day and I have good memories of him but yeah

This is the first Christmas since 2015 that I will not be alone.
The real dangerous time for me is new years eve through to about 7th January. So I have a safety plan for that period of time
