so i woke up about an hour ago. couldnt be bothered having a shower (a sign of depression coming in). i did get dressed but i have just pust my dressing gowned back on to. coz its so cold. al i want to , is go back to bed. (another sign of depression). im in so much pain with my jaw. pain killers dont seem to be working today. not yet anyway. i feel lost and sad. i dont know why.
