Is there a way to calm yourself now? Take a few breaths, a walk maybe just to let the anger slowly slip away?

no walking for me ut we can chat. my kids will be home from school in half an hour.
im my meds are atsrting to kick in. now i feel cool as as a cucumber. hahaha.
