your going through a lot right now! I would be scared to go through court too. Sexual abuse is never the victims fault. Ever. As everyone has been saying, please please get in contact with all your supports.you need as much help and support as you can get.
Im not sure whats gotten into your hubby, im not married so I cant really offer advice in this section but will stay and support you as best I can and join in with the rest of these beautiful people here.
Im very glad to hear that youve run legal aid. They will be able to help you better with that side of things better than what we can.
You have lots of support here Bubbles, we are only a tag or comment away. Mental health is horrible, like you and many others I dont have family or friends except for here which makes things very difficult indeed but kee reaching out, to here, your gp, psychologist, solicitor, psychiatrist and the helplines. We are all here supporting

Iv been a very stressful week i dont even know how i have gotten through it. Thanks to people on here that have been helping me. I wish i real life friends that could help me. Its been so hard. Doing all this by myself. Even without hubby support. Its been hard. It has made very suicidal at times thinking or even being told that hubby doesnt care about me. Thats what he said. My mum is being very nasty to saying that im not a good mum. That i dont look after the kids properly. So yeah. Its been very hard to say the least @outlander

its amazing what us humans can endure isnt it @Bubbles3 i wish it would be the better stuff though.
it can be very hard to hear, ive heard it many times myself but in sister version. makes us feel like shit and what the point is of being alive, but we care here. i always remember that behind these screens the people here are real just as myself with real thoughts and feelings and experinces as well.

i hope so too @Bubbles3 court is hard and often gets harder before it gets better, just as a warning however once its over, its done.
