Contact your therapist @Bubbles3 ....they need to guide you through this. You need support. The court needs to know that you have mental illness issues that are being triggered and it is beyond you to manage this alone. Call your gp @Bubbles3 ..... call all of your support people and raise that flag, nice and high .....

I agree with F&H @Bubbles3, you need to raise your white flag nice and high right now, let your supports know you need their assistance urgently. This sounds completely overwhelming for you, as it would for anyone triggered by events such as going to court. The court needs to know this process is triggering for you too. Can you ask for references from your therapist and GP to explain this? I do hope you've sought legal advice and have a lawyer appointed to your case. I'd hate for you to be managing this alone.

I went to court once on my own over a MI
misbehaviour.
My partner was overseas.
It was a big mistake, I should have had support.
Gather as much support as you can.❤️

i really need your suport if thats ok
yesterday i had a really bad day, where hubby was abusing me (with words). he has really upsat me . he says he doesnt care about me anymore and doent care what happen to me and doet care with what happens with the court case.
it has made me so upset, unwanted, and im in so much pain with the word he has said.i felt so suicidal yesterday. he wanted me to leave the house as he doest trust me with the kids. its really hurtful what he has said.
i dont kow what to do anymore. i try so hard around the house (which is another thing he has been complaining about) . what more can i do. i try so hard with everything. with my MI getting in the way , everything is turning to sh*t. and i dont know what to do anymore. i need help. i need suport. thanks

So sorry @Bubbles3 that you have to put up with abuse... physical,emotional ...it’s all harmful and contributing to your being unwell.
Is there someone who can help you in person? Is there a safe place you could go for a respite?
Hearing how hard it is and I may not have a solution but certainly sending support ❤️

i have no where to go. and plus hubby will use that against me as well. i have no one to talk to and no one to help me. @Catcakes

Yes, you do need help and support @Bubbles3 ...... you need to tell your gp and counsellor where things are at for you, and secure their support to help you move forward. You need your mi documented for the court case Hon, and the appropriate support people with you, especially as your husband has reached a point of carer's
burn-out. Just because that has happened for him, doesn't mean you deserve to be abandoned - you don't ..... you absolutely don't. You matter, and you have to take all your courage and go knock on your gp's door, and your counsellor's door, and tell them how bad it is, with the court-case and everything, and that your husband has reached his limit too.
You, or your husband, or both of you might need respite care, and support workers to come to your home to help to manage the kids ...... but someone who can make that happens needs to be told before it can all be made to happen. If your husband can't do it, then you have to .......
Can your husband come to the gp and counsellor with you, so he can talk to them too ? He needs to be heard as well.
I am so sorry he is not treating you well and the moment and saying such horrible things. It is an indication of how overwhelmed he is. Mi doesn't just affect the sufferer ..... you are all in this together. It's nobody's fault, but the mi affects everybody, and everybody is responsible for helping to manage it.

its alll just so hard at the moment. i cant even think straight.
the kids have just left for school, so i can have some breathing space. i need to phone up legal aid today to see how they can help me. i just feel like im all alone in all of this with no oe to help me with it. especially my hubby. you would think he would be there supporting me. but no , it doesnt even care about it .

He's just burnt out @Bubbles3 and not knowing what to do himself. Once you all have support on board there will be others to help him work it out and help him to see what you all need ..... especially you, because you are the one carrying the mi around with you ..... he only needs to deal with it on the outside .... which is a tough gig too ..... but you've got to be in this together and you need help to do that.
