Re: Taking the plunge
@TAB You’re not sounding well at all. If a second opinion is an option, it might be worth it. Meaning health. I have no idea about finances etc.
I got a woolies order yesterday @TAB, definitely worth a go. I hope you have a decent coffee. Sending a virtual one. ☕️☕️☕️
Take care @TAB 😼😼😼

Well so so really
but coping.
@TAB
It can be hard to get taken seriously in many fields I guess, docs and mortgages. I had similar issues and had to go with a higher interest rate til the normal banks would look at me. Stay Safe and Take Care All

Re: Taking the plunge
I dont know whats best for your cicrcs, @TAB but look around and be creative. It is much harder to get into market now. At the time, I spent each month paying huge interest, hate the banks, but then grateful for some reduction when they took me. Honestly used no name flour for pancakes and baking and was careful th ere was petrol in car for driving to access as I was worried about losing my son the way I lost my daughter. My ex successfully removed both his daughters from their different mothers ...go figure. It was not easy to make ends meet, but I am tough, did not care about opshop for me. It was the cutest thing when my son realised and said I had better taste in his clothes than my own ...
What about land plus container or tiny house, or going with unit or apartment? You might be able to upgrade when equity improves.
