@NatureLover I can only do so much, then it kicks in. But I’ve got some unexpected things done.

I made a quiche.....my very first. So that’s in the freezer. Then I made an eggplant Mediterranean dish, another first. that’s going in the freezer soon. I really need to improve what I eat. The kitchen is my pet hate. Even washed up. Another first after cooking. 😂😂

Ive also put some resin on stones, so it’s been productive. I could do with a feel good movie.

Wow, you have achieved a lot, @Maggie ! Including the washing up! Well done, I'd say you've earnt a restful rest of the day 🙂 Well done on the cooking - I've pretty much given up trying these days. The most I do is boil up spaghetti and throw in spinach and cheese. Or have baked beans on toast. So your eggplant dish sounds delectable 🙂
